Holme, Emerton, Watin and other early colourmen mainly agreed on this being a light tone made with White and Prussian Blue. I have nuanced the colour, but only in tonality as I do not like cold blues. This colour is clear and fresh and hovers, like Aerial Tint, between blue and grey depending on the light.
